About the Flowers & Conversations: Senior Brunch
Organized by A Basket of Cheer, Black Women Connexting Communities, and Suitlandfest, the Senior Brunch is an event that brings together seniors from the Suitland (MD) community for an experience of food, fellowship, and entertainment. It aims to show appreciation and gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of our elders, while also providing a space for them to socialize and connect with others.
One of the main benefits of serving our senior citizens is the opportunity to learn from their experiences and wisdom. They have lived through decades of challenges, triumphs, and changes, and have a wealth of knowledge to share. By engaging in conversations with them, we can gain valuable insights and perspectives that can enrich our own lives.
